Under Level 2 restrictions, we are required to maintain safe work practices as they relate to COVID-19. This is in addition to our obligations regarding general Health and Safety requirements.

The information you provide to Covercorp is being collected to comply with COVID-19 guidelines set down by the Ministry of Health and  to help us keep our staff and customers safe and accurately respond to contact tracing information requests by the Ministry of Health. The information will be held securely by Covercorp  for 4 weeks (or such longer period as may be required by the Ministry of Health), during which time it may be supplied to the Ministry of Health and/or District Health Board on request.
